Jennifer was born and raised in Macon, Georgia, and is a 1994 graduate of Stratford Academy. She is a 1997 Magna Cum Laude graduate of Georgia College & State University, and a 2000 graduate of Mercer Law School. After graduation, Jennifer was a staff attorney for a Superior Court Judge covering three Middle Georgia Counties. Subsequent to the Judicial Clerkship, Jennifer has practiced privately in many areas including condemnation, contract litigation, domestic litigation, personal injury, and criminal defense. In 2007, Jennifer joined Merrill Lynch as a Financial Advisor and obtained the Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, along with Life Insurance and Variable Annuities licenses. She assisted and advised her clients in retirement plans, securities investments, and insurance protection plans. In 2009, she also obtained a Property and Casualty Insurance license. Since 2010, she has operated Jen Haskins Law and focused solely on estate planning, probate litigation and asset protection for Medicaid planning. She was voted Best Attorney in Middle Georgia in 2014, 2015, 2017, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022.

• $150.00 per party

Hourly Rates:

• $225.00 per hour per party for two parties
• $175.00 per hour per party for three parties
• $150.00 per hour per party for four or more parties
