William H. Noland was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2000 and has served as a registered mediator and arbitrator in Georgia since 2015. William has mediated more than 100 cases and dedicates a large portion of his professional life to mediation and arbitration.
In his law practice, William has tried dozens of cases and argued numerous times before the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court. William has been selected by his peers to Georgia Super Lawyers and holds the AV® Preeminent rating, the highest possible Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating. He was also selected as the 2016 recipient of the William Augustus Bootle Award for Professionalism from the Macon Bar Association.
William has extensive experience in a wide range of civil practice areas, including: Personal Injury and Wrongful Death, Auto and Truck Accidents, Premises Liability, Commercial Litigation, Insurance Litigation, Elections, Governmental Liability, Sunshine Laws, and Civil Rights Litigation.
William is an active member of the Middle Georgia legal community, having served as President of the Macon Bar Association and the William Augustus Bootle American Inn of Court.
He and his wife, Bright Noland, live in Macon with their two sons.
